I'm on chicken groups on FB and all, but it's kind of nice to have a whole webpage of equally obsessed people.. I think you guys could appreciate my love for these birdies and will enjoy meeting my flock as much as I'm going to enjoy getting to know your guys'!
Here are my 'older' flock members, at a wooping 18 weeks old. We're almost at egg laying age!
Barred Rocks- Creepers/Jeepers (yes, I can tell them apart
)
Barred Rock- Peepers (my only Roo):
Rhode Island Red- Jailbreaker:
and then there's my younger flock, at 16 weeks old. My son's PreK/Kindy class incubated these at the end of the last school year, I've had them since they were hatched...
Buff Op- Hyrule (I'm a Zelda fan!):
Australorp- Darth Vader:
EE- Mocha (my escape artist!):
EE- Mink:
EE- Chipmunk
