The planning stage can be fun. My suggestion is to build bigger. Since you had birds in the past you surely know how enjoyable they are and when get you birds sooner or later you many want to expand your flock. Better to be bigger than too small. You can always add more coops. Good luck and have fun...

You got that right! I think if I say "I need you to build..." one more time, I'll be living out there in my hobo town! I dont think my ducks would mind a roommate!
