Introducing myself

Hi! I had chicks as a child but that was several decades ago. I have been wanting them again for some time now. For our wedding anniversary (yesterday), my husband got me three Sapphire Gem chicks which I named Rose, Ruby, and Donna. So, here I am today, looking for a community. It’s a pleasure to be here and I look forward to learning more about raising chickens.

Welcome here and happy anniversary! Those chicks are super cute. I have 6 FR Blue Copper Marans and 6 Alchemist Blues arriving first week of June. I can't wait to see what they look like, very similar to the sapphire gems though. I love those blue birds and colorful eggs.
