How big is the actual coop?

Update: After 2 days the pullets started venturing outside for short periods of time, often chased back inside by the resident hens. By the 4th day there was no more chasing but they did hang out in 2 distinct separate groups. Now a week later they are mixing more. No more fights and only minor squabbles around food. Will add some of your suggestions to minimize issues with boredom. Thanks for the help.
