Introducing new chicks to the flock advise please!

It looks like they are doing OK during the day out with the rest. As long as none of them are hurt, you're doing OK.

Where do they want to sleep at night? To me that is the next issue.
Normally in the plastic tub separate from the rest. They’ve been in there for 3 week also. So they sleep together but separate.
Should I keep them separate or let them go in at night together?

And oddly enough, the baby chicks don't seem to interested in hiding in their haven.
They go by it or on it but not under it yet.

I prefer to train them to use things like that, by herding them in and out to show them how to navigate it. They'll decide from there if they want/need it or not.
 
Let them go in on their own. Be around so you can manage things if it gets bad but give them a chance to manage it.

x2. I let mine decide where they want to go for the night with hopes that they'll follow the adults into the coop, and if they opt to try to roost, so be it.
