My ducklings are now old enough to be outside me have been outside with out supervision for a week or so.. They started off sitting by my front door and now are finally starting to explore a bit. I have 5 acres and a big pond in the back of my property but the ducks never go down there alone. When I bring them down there they sit in the muck and don't explore the pond. I'm curious if there is anything I can do to encourage them to go down there or actually swim in the pond. If I walk away they follow me.
