19 birds should have at minimum close to 76 sq ft in coop, 190 in run. That'd be for a flock that's already integrated and getting along. You currently have planned 36 sq ft coop, 40 sq ft run, both well below minimum recommendation. Plus, integration takes space.

We actually just figured that out and naught a much bigger shed and run instead, so we should have plenty of room now
