Introducing Roos

I have a roo in with 2 hens. I hatched some eggs and I now have another roo I would like to keep. I have tried to put the new roo in with the other roo, but the new one just sits and hides from everyone. The new roo is only about 9 weeks old and just started to crow. Any ideas on how to integrate them?

I don't have any words of wisdom but I a adult roo the 6 adult hens. Everything was good till day 3 when that beat the crap out him, bloody from comb to breast. After that, he assumed his position and is lord of the yard and my raven fighter

Oh he's a leghorn and the hens are RIR
