Sunflower seeds sound like a great idea! Also, if you would like to make something for them to keep you can blow out one of their eggs and make a Holiday decoration for them!

I agree with treats or feed for the chickens. And if you have any fabric laying around, you could dress it up and hang a couple homemade ornaments from it so it looks gifty.

Yup, feed is a great idea. Just make sure if you get sunflower seeds that you get Black Oil sunflower seeds (not the other kind).
