Hi all,

I have just gotten out of the hospital (was there for a week) and adding to my autoimmune diseases of Hashimoto's and Sjogren's, I now have Eosinophilic Esophagitis and Mast Cell Activation Disorder. Basically, I am a mess. I have so many food allergies/intolerances, and on top of all that, my EE means my throat attacks everything I put down it. I have lost 40lbs in 2 months and if I am not able to eat more soon, I will have to have a feeding tube with elemental formula.

My doctor prescribed the Specific Carbohydrate Diet and one of the things permitted early on and throughout are eggs. Can anyone please tell me where to us or order soy-free, corn-free eggs from pastured chickens? I live in west Palm Beach, FL. Thank you!

I wish I had an answer for you. The best I can think of is that you go to "where am I, where are you," so you can locate and post on your state thread. Maybe there is someone near you who free ranges chickens and doesn't feed them soy or corn. However, I don't think they would guarantee it is free of those products. There are many specialty stores that focus on foods that don't contain some of the major allergens I don't know if that goes as far as what layer hens are eating.

Hopefully someone wiser will come along and offer assistance.

I agree about trying your local boards. I hope you start to feel better soon.. autoimmune diseases are so tough!
