Hi All, just a quick introduction to me and our back garden family.
My parents would know more than me but I just want to learn more in case they're not around in a time of need.
(1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens?
We're not new to chickens, we have had a few out the back for a good number of years now. However, we have ex-caged rescue hens for the first time that we got about two and a half weeks ago now.
(2) How many chickens do you have right now?
We currently have 6 hens.
(3) What breeds do you have?
We can't be sure but either Rhode Islands or Hybrids.
(4) How did you find out about BackYardChickens.com?
From searching questions over the years.
(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share.
We have the 6 Chickens, 1 Aylesbury Duck (our other duck just passed away a few weeks ago), and 2 Guinea Pigs. The ducks and chickens roam around the back garden and sleep in my old Wendy House, we're thinking of upgrading them at some point.
(7) Bonus: How did you find BYC, how long have you known about BYC, and what made you finally join our awesome community?
