Hi, my name is Dez Lasater. I am from New Mexico but I currently reside in Texas. I just graduated high school, and aspire to become luthier ( someone who makes guitars ).
(1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens?
Me personally, yes I am new to chickens but my mother has raised them since she was little.
(2) How many chickens do you have right now?
Somewhere in the 40's
(3) What breeds do you have?
Silver seabrights, polish, blue laced red wyandotte, Sussex, lavender orpington, and a couple other random breeds.
(4) What are your favorite aspects of raising backyard chickens?
The responsibilities that it teaches.
(5) What are some of your other hobbies?
Woodworking, music, and family
(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share.
Other pets include dogs, cats, hamsters and a hedgehog

When some of my chickens got sick and I didnt know what to do.
