Introduction!

Together own 2 horses, 2 dogs, 2 parrots, 9 ducks, 4 chickens, and 2 sugar gliders. We are going to be purchasing our own Rabbits and a milking goat next year, it will stay at my neighbors property so it won’t be alone
How impressive! So many animals! You may consider joining BYH, Back Yard Herds, if you haven't already. It is one of several sister sites to BYC. http://www.backyardherds.com/

ASL for now, we may expand later on but master this one first.
It's pretty cool that you're learning. I have always wanted to learn Portuguese. My grandma doesnt speak english and I've dreamed of having conversations with her but, I find it hard to learn new languages. I definitely admire that in others though!!

It’s so hard to learn a new language! I’m trying though, on year 3 and still struggling with Spanish... I can understand almost everything said just struggling to form the correct words to reply! Our 18 month old shows interest in all of the languages except for English 🤦🏼‍♀️ She ignores english 80% of the time.

Yes! I grew up hearing it but I only know some isolated words. When it comes to putting words in sentences or trying to understand them in a sentence, I'm completely lost.
That's amazing she's picking up on it! Omgoodness

It’s a challenge, I’m just lucky his mom is overjoyed I can understand her now instead of being upset I can’t speak 😂 she has chickens too and loves them to death!
I worked in a Vietnamese nail salon a while back and brought Sofia in, she loved how they spoke. It’s intriguing to watch her listen and try to figure out what they are saying. She will run up to animals and say their name, and then what they are on both English and Spanish, she just started it about 2 weeks ago her favorite is “it’s a duck, patito, QUACK!!” She gives them all hugs and kisses when they let her. Im so grateful she isn't scared of animals
