She may have been afraid of his advances too. My Young Runners are scared to death of Snoop my Runner drake but Oneof the girls hangs all over my Muscovy drake because he ignores her. They sure can be silly.

That’s what Daisy does. She hangs out with the boys all day but I haven’t seen them try to go after her.
