Welp I just figured it out guys. I had a rat going into the coop taking the food in there. That would explain the extra small hole not going completely under the fence.

He got into the coop... looks like I’m gonna have to tighten the little gap I had by the door

If you see one rat, I guarantee there are more. I'd also work on eradicating the rats, traps or whatever. Looks like a feeder in the background. It doesn't appear there were any breaches except for the rat. It wouldn't hurt to put an apron around the coop. I have places where I dug a trench a foot deep kind of under the existing fence and buried some wire vertical <I> and attached it to the bottom of the existing fence. It would have to dig very deep to get under the fence but I also have hot wires around my coops and pens too. Nothing has gotten past the electric wires. Most predators explore things first with their noses. Good luck...
