Iowa Chickens

Hi, My name is Laura and we live in NW Iowa. We moved to an acreage 10 years ago and got chickens, ducks and geese a couple years later. Fell in love with the chickens and that is all we have now. My son shows them in 4-H and started a laying project also. This has been a really hard winter but we have been lucky and haven't lost any of our chickens to the cold or predators. We converted a barn stall last year for the 'coop' and made them a covered 16' x 25' attached run. I love all the information I can find on this website. If I have a question the answer is here.

I would love to here from other Iowans and 4-Hers!
