iPad issues with site

I would like to add, that I have cleared my cookies as well thinking that might be the issue, but I get no editor screen at all any more. Is there anyone out there that can help all of us IPad & IPhone users?

Just tried both the mobile version and desktop version on my phone and iPad after reading the administrators post again, I still have the same issue regardless of the version I am trying to run. Thanks.

It's now been several weeks that I have been having issues with my iPad and iPhone not able to upload images or use the editing functions on the site when posting. Is there anything being done to remedy the situation for those site members that use these I-devices?

I'm hoping that this gets fixed soon.

Thank you for reporting this issue. It seems we have a few photo-posting issues going on right now. Some are specific to "I-devices" and some are not. Our engineers are working diligently to duplicate, find, and fix the problem. It becomes tricky with the many device/browser combinations and a lack of consistency between who is and isn't having problems.

When reporting these issues could you please provide us with the following information?

What OS and browser are you running?
What browser add-ons are you users running?
Can you try it in an Incognito window with absolutely no add-ons running?

We are looking into this issue and are trying to track down its cause. Thanks!

My iPad is iOS 9.3.3

I use safari when accessing the site...I only downloaded the app after I started having problems uploading images to posts. The problems started on Tyesday of last week.

My iPhone is a 6+ with iOS 9.3.3

Again I use safari when accessing the site.


The site has been hit or miss on being able to use my iPad or iPhone to upload images and edit posts. In the past if I had problems, then I would hit "Clear the Editor" and then refresh the screen and that almost always worked. But since Tuesday nothing is working.

If I go into "My Profile" and try to upload directly...it just spools and never lets me upload.

I have not changed any settings on my I-devices...so I was wondering if maybe there had been a software change on the site.

Hey, I got the editor back on my iPad, too. Am going to try to post a pic of my little Broodie Consequence.

The members of this trio are all "recovered survivors." Both of the hens were severely battered, one of them with a nasty gash in her side under her wing. Moses, the Roo, was lame and getting lamer. They are Light Sussex; The Mama brooded her eggs without help, but Moses and her sister stayed with her throughout the incubation period. They all participated in raising baby Consequence since (s)he started walking and are a model family. I just love these guys.
