Okay...to those who say I am wrong...let me ask you this. Have you EVER had to pay a vet bill for a horse that was on an emergency basis?? Probably not...Have you EVER seen what an oak fence that has posts set in concrete does to an equine body??? I have...I wasn't too awfully upset about many of the comments until several of you get on saying that it was none of my business what others do on their property and I shouldn't of called on her, saying it several times in fact. Let me tell you something...my horses are not only an investment and beloved pets, they are also show animals, they are well trained and they are expensive. To replace one of them, my two drafts in particular, I doubt those who are being holier than thou could even TOUCH what I have put into them and the time training and working with them. So, you have already told me several times how wrong I am, now, get off your high horse as your not me nor do you live where I am nor have the animals and time invested into them I have. I got your point.

And redhen, you said I could of gone about it some other way. How does talking to her, giving literature, links to tapes, talking, asking, begging, more education, more literature, having a bear biologist talk to her, etc for SIX YEARS not enough?! I think I have tried and done way more than most would of done. And while your at it, look up what ILLEGAL means, as it is illegal to feed any and all wildlife here in VA. She is breaking the law....It isn't my responsibility to make my farm look like Fort Knoxx because someone is being ignorant and daft to what she is doing and doesn't give a fart in Hades about my animals, only her own selfish reasons to see the wildlife.
