Is 100 degrees a good temperature for hatching eggs?

Is 100 degrees a good temperature for hatching eggs? I think that's the highest mine goes

102.5 for still air incubator.

Good to know. I was going to say that seems high, but I don't use an incubator. I let my broody hens do the work.
