Is 102F too warm?

My temp has been pretty steady at 102 but will drop sometimes to 100. Have I got it too high? Should i drop it to 100 and let it go from there?

My bator fluctuates between 99 and 102 and I had eggs hatch yesterday (there was even a spike to 106 around day 10).

Oh good, I was starting to worry I was cooking them slowly! I dont want hard boiled eggs, I want fluffy happy chickies!
