Is 12 inch deep water good for a Cayuga duck?

Im getting a pool for Cayuga ducks is 12 inch deep water good Enough for them to be able to swim.

My ducks use big pools little pools mud holes the dogs water dishes. They don't care as long as they can get in it bathe and dabble.

It should be. The bigger the fowl the deeper it needs to be I know my Mascovies need almost two feet because of how big the male is. They have to mate on the water because of there weight.

Thank you,I think we will try 12 inch deep of water.We do plan on mating ours it should be deep enough for our Cayugas.

I just looked up what those ducks look like. omg they are beautiful. They get up to a good size too.
