Is $3.50 per bird a good price?

I know its stupid how big a difference there is. When I go across the border(to pick-up chicks etc) i always stock up on brooder lamps, waterers and feeders. Most supplies like that are 1/4 of the price our stores sell'em at. I just wish I could buy feed down your way too.

The chicks aren't that much cheaper once the healthpaper costs are added to them, but we just get more selection ordering from you guys! Here Unsexed chicks that are not commercial layers are $6-8 a piece for dayolds(not counting shipping)! I love that I can order sexed chicks, and with papers costs etc they usually end up being about $4 and a bit per chick(not counting my 3 hr drive to Kalispell MT, but its just a nice roadtrip I would do even if I didn't have to pick anything up).

I think the biggest problem in Canada is that our population is much lower(and really polarized around major cities) then yours and keepers are so far apart. PO wont ship birds, and via air it costs too much.
