I'm considering what chickens to breed and I was wondering if my BBS Ameraucana and my Favorella rooster would have BBS Favaucana chicks. If they don't then how do you make them?

Favaucanas are hybrids of Ameraucanas and Faverolles. To breed BBS "blue, black, splash" Favaucanas you've have to cross BBS Ameraucanas with BBS Faverolles. BBS Ameraucanas are somewhat easy to find. But BBS Faverolles are extremely rare.

Then what would a bbs ameraucana and a salmon favorelle be?

I suppose it would be a Favaucana which technically isn't even a breed, its a "fancy" hybrid/crossbred/mixed breed. The offspring could end up being any number of colors and patterns.
