I buy DE from eBay because it eliminates all of the running around from store to store looking for it. I called around and about 50% said that they had food grade, but when I showed up to purchase it, it was not food grade.
Also, I just take a strainer, designated for the DE and sprinkly it in the coop and all around the coop and especially in their dust bathing areas. Just sprinkle it like you would brownies with powdered sugar. Works for me!!
