I'm having lag with posting and liking posts.

Okay, from what I can tell, it seems to only be affecting situations where data is getting written to the database, right?

For example, only when posting or liking something, and not just browsing the site?

Yep that’s just it for me. Browsing and getting about is fine but posting a reply is just not as quick as usual.
