I’m going to butcher this explanation as I don’t 100% understand how these programs work, but to my understanding it’s essentially an “AI trainer.”

It makes search engines on websites more efficient (I think?) and organizes stuff like sending out newsletters to forum members. I guess a forum management sort of program?
