Is anyone else interested in cars and motorsport?

I actually can't drive auto...all the cars I normally drive are manual, and when I did drive my brothers auto it really gets on my nerves. lol : )
I totally get that feeling of instinctively reaching down to switch gears only to realise there’s nothing there lol. It takes a bit of adjusting back and forth to get used to it…🤦🏼‍♀️

In stock trim it's a bit low because it's a 2wd model, but it's be OK on hard packed gravel roads. You can add aftermarket suspension to lift it and put it on big tyres to go deeper into the wild. It's no Hilux, but it does have a big V8 so it'd be capable for a fair amount of work off track.

Big 4x4 Diesel versions of trucks like this one are the workhorses of farms, ranches, mines, oil rigs, etc here in the states.

I'm biased. I have a '65 FJ45 longbed pickup (it's a long term project), and I'll be buried in it.
Can we still do burnouts at the funeral?

Actually when Mom's nephew passed away in a car accident everyone did burnouts on the way out of the funeral home parking lot... Their way of honoring him.
For some reason... I can't do stuff like that. I always feel out of place at any social gathering, be it wedding or funeral. I'm not sure which I hate more. Funerals are sad, and weddings sadder. I'm always just wondering "how long will this last?".

It’s the cycle of life, man.
