Is anyone else interested in cars and motorsport?

The way I see it, life is linear, not circular. You live and die. You do not live again, at least not here. Humanity is a long trail of dust...a straight line to nowhere...
I will match you and say that I agree that people only have one lifetime to live…But it’s what they do while they’re still here that impacts the future as a whole.

Yeah, it takes a trained ear, so to speak, to figure out exactly where the noise is coming from. But general places such as front half or back half aren't much help.
Yeah, and there's always new ones to learn.
For example, in the moment there's a noise in the front. Now, the trouble is, I was test driving it, so trying as hard as I could to pick up one anything. And then your mind started playing tricks with you.
I'm suspecting it is just tyre noise, but am half worried it's a bearing going. Couldn't find anything off when I got if jacked up and span the wheels.
Next step, chuck some road wheels and tyres on, and see if I can still hear it.

I have not yet been to a marriage or a funeral.
I'm guessing my reaction to the wedding would be 'run away and hide embarrassment' while still enjoying it.
Funerals are sad, but maybe at the same time a good way of letting go of things.

For some reason... I can't do stuff like that. I always feel out of place at any social gathering, be it wedding or funeral. I'm not sure which I hate more. Funerals are sad, and weddings sadder. I'm always just wondering "how long will this last?".
Ya know it's crazy how alike we are... I think I'm worse, with me at ANY kind of gathering all I'm thinking is, "Get me the hail away from all these people!"
A particular 'good' (as in, notable) noise, is the sound of a bent rim rubbing against the axle. Sounds a lot worse then it is!
Luckily I've never heard it.
I can almost hear the metal grinding from over here.
That's why it's lucky. Makes my skin crawl thinking about it.
