My wife somehow got a rock caught between her rotor and rotor guard on her car one time and it sounded wayyyyyyyy worse than what it was. The screeching was horrible. I once replaced spacers on my car with ones a few millimeters narrower, did it all went to move the car and it woukd only go about 4" and stop. Wondering what was going on I figured out the lug bolts (not nuts on a bmw) were now too long and getting hung on the rotor guard. Had to cut all of them down with a Dremel. That was a headscratcher but figured it our, I was like what da ****!

What the bolts? Yes it is? The wheels are hubcentric as opposed to lugcentric like most vehicles. They can be difficult to get off the car if they been on a while. When installing I put grease or neverseize to prevent galvanic corrosion or they will pretty much weld themselves together

I'm surprised you got an s10 to hold together long enough to get down the on ramp.
Yep. It’s the first truck I ever bought and that was 12+yrs ago.

I still drive it on an almost daily basis and it even makes it up the steep hills in my backyard…Which is badass ‘cos you wouldn’t think that it would make it up there.
