If you were to buy a cheap project car under 10k what would it be?

I myself would buy a 1999 mustang as that was mine and my dad’s project car before we had to sell it.

Depends on what you're planning to do with it. Lots of rice out there for a song, a fox body mustang is a solid option as well. Later G body cars are still plentiful, Bugs, small pickups. Just really depends.

My sister wants to buy me a cheap project car, but I want a Jap car that is reliable and cheap for example an Altezza, a Civic or a FC3s

In the states that would be a lexus IS. the 2j powered ones are hard to find but the 4 cyl early 2000's ones are all over the place here. 5-8k USD depending on condition and options

In the Caribbean there are both is200s and is300s and the Altezzas which are common sights so she should be able to get one cheaper than 10k.

Forget about the Altezza,I'll just wait for me to get a Hr model skyline.
