Is are these eggs dead they all have this same thing on the top of the egg???

OP, it would be very helpful if you were to post in just one thread instead of continually starting new ones. It's hard to keep up with what's going on, otherwise.
 
How many times have you candled them over the past few days? If you're not sure, just give it a few more days before you candle again. You should see some changes. It's not going to hurt to wait, but I wouldn't suggest touching them, bothering the hen, or going near the nest for at least 3 days. That will give them time to change enough for you to notice. Let's face it - if they're dead, it won't hurt to leave them be. If they're still alive, it will be helpful to leave them for a bit.
 
I have candles them once this whole week I just though I’d see if they are making any progress they are in a incubator now so

They've been in the incubator for how long?
..and these are the eggs that were under the not really broody hen?
Wait until day 5-7 or so before deciding if they are developing or not.
Are you positive that they are fertile?
