Is around Up safe around free ranging chickens?

We have weeds growing where we don’t want them to. My husband requested I check with the Backyard posters the following: is Round Up weed killer safe around chickens? We have four pet Australorps and do not want to do anything to endanger them. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

It is fine after it's dry but I would keep them locked up and away from the areas you've sprayed for the next 24 hours to be safe.
