Is bearded better?

Wondering about silkies.

Better? What do you mean? They are more common if you are in the US (in other countries non-bearded are frequently more common). More breeders work with bearded silkies, so it is easier to find hiigher quality birds. Bur better? That is very subjective--IMO, better is the one you prefer.

I guess I should have asked, is there something "better" about bearded as I seem to see more people looking for bearded silkies. Sounds like it's just a preference thing.

It is! Only us NORMAL people prefer bearded Silkies, Lol!
