Is bump on creat cause for concern or??

Hello! I have temporarily adopted some hens from my brother and I noticed that one of them has this strange bump on her crest. Other than that she's fine her poo is normal, she eats and drinks a good amount, and she's really active. I just wanted to know if this was something bad and if I should be worried.

Doesn't look like anything to worry about. Could be a slight abrasion or just how the comb is.
