Is BYC Really #1? Help With Google?

I've been surprised how many times I've done chicken-related google searches & BYC threads are in the top 5, if not all 5 top answers.

Yup, #1 for me on both too.


A few things:

1) Google uses multiple servers and they are clustered and updated in groups which could explain the differences during the "google dance" timeframe.

2) If you are logged into iGoogle or anything similar, it will effect the ranking. I use to get excited to see BYC as #1 but realized it was my customized results.

When I typed in "Chickens" or "chickens" I got BYC, when I typed in "chicken" no "s" I got Wikipedia
We always knew we are #1 didn't we?
