Is Cocci a repeater?

Here I go again, losing more birds... It seems the symptoms are always the same, green and white runny poop. I thought once you survive Cocci, your birds build up a tolerance. But its always the same old repeat of the flare-up.

I am not sure but if you use google custom search and type in cocci you can probably find out.. sorry your chooks are sick again..

there are different types of coccidia, your birds will get accustom to what you have on your soil, but bring in a new bird with a different strain or carry one in on your or someone elses shoes.... there it is again. Are you seeing blood in the poo? If it is just runny green & white it could be illness in the gut, I'd try some fish zole if you can find some right now...... see my thread " what happened to fish zole" here in emergency section.
