Is dark gray food grade DE ok?

I just got a delivery of Red Lake Earth DE and it's not white like I always get. It's gray like you would make concrete with (actually darker) and very fine like a powder. It says it's "food chemical codex grade" and it's "with calcium bentonite". It says that it's good for animals and lists them all, but I've never seen this color DE.

Is this ok?

Bentonite is clay, and that is the grey you're seeing.
