is gender able to be determined yet?

I'm thinking all pullets. I know for sure your SS is a girl. I have one in my flock. You can tell the gender by the tail usually. The longer tails are females.

Boys usually have a bright pink comb by 5-6 weeks of age with most breeds.

Your EE is a girl too.

Your right on the age. They all look like girls.

I know the feeling. I'm the same way, except I want to know at two weeks.LOL

i really wanted to know when picking them out! the ranch store we were at could only tell us that they have a 90% guarantee of being female.
They might have some gender confusion with names like batman, superman, spiderman.....dora, boots and skittles shouldn't be too bad.
Can you tell my kids names them? They are 5.5yrs (boy), 4 yrs (boy) and 3 yrs (girl) and all have favorite characters.

Last year I picked 1/2 my flock straight run, the other half sexed. I ended up with all hens out of 8.

This year we picked 3 more and one ended up as a boy. I brought him back and exchanged for a girl with the same shipment. All sexed as pullets. Here they are 4 weeks old. Look at the difference.

Boy, his comb is pink.
