I have 16 eggs in the bator.
We turn them by hhand, 5 times a day. However, today we had some conflicts and have only turned them 3 times so far and its 9:15pm.
Is it okay to go from 5 turns a day to 3? It would be just for today.
I really need help!! I have to get up early for school tomorrow and i need to go to bed as soon as possible! Dont just read this post!! RELPY!!

Yeah, thats what i did. I just didnt know if it was bad, because they're used to being turned 5 times a day.

Your good with 3 times a day.

Nah, it won't make any difference. Think of a broody hen. She doesn't wear a watch and turn them five times a day at regularly spaced out intervals. Three will be fine for today. Just go back to your usual routine tomorrow and don't worry about it. Three turns instead of five won't make the slightest bit of difference to them.

Im soo excited! Day 11! I candled a few today! I could clearly see a foot in one of them! Theyre moving!!

your suppose to turn them at least 3 times a day? do you have good hatch rates?

This is only the second time I've hatched eggs. The first time we hatched 60% with an auto turner. This time, no turner but we are only on day 13, so far 38 of 52 look great...

Oh and all 52 eggs were shipped from 3 different places.
