Is green runny poop a bad sign?

New chicken owner here. I have a 3 month old Americana that is lethargic and has green runny poop with some white in it. Should I take the poop in for a worm check?
I gave her a few flowers from my chives a few days ago, could this be the cause?

Are you feeding them medicated feed? The flowers from the chives is fine. It could be coccidiosis. If you are not using medicated feed, I would treat with Corid. Treat all of the chickens.

Thank you both so much, I feel fortunate. Little girl chicken “Chippy” is much better. I put her back in the coop tonight and she appears to have reaclimated just fine. A nerve wracking experience and I’m learning!
