Is hanging or floppy thin comb indicate a pullet in White leghorn breed??

Please help me.
The one you were saying is rooster is definitely a rooster, but the other one in this picture kinda looks like a rooster, mainly in the head, but also in the shape, not as wide as the rooster though so making me think otherwise...

I would say rooster, for that one, the first group of photos I would say hen, and last group definitely rooster. Could be wrong, either wait for another person to comment, or until they are a bit older and it will become clearer. If the comb starts to bend, should be a hen

But there are 3 chickens. For what number you are talking about?
