Is he a Ameraucana or EE?

He looks just like a great rooster that we had a few years ago that was killed by a fox. I'm going to be really trying to use some of those "behavior modifications" so that he doesn't attack me and the kids like the last one did.

Where did you get him?

He could be a wheaten, but the rule of thumb is "if you have to ask, it's an EE."

ETA: The photos are really low quality. A clear shot would be better to identify him.

I posted an ad on Craigslist that I needed a rooster. My ex-rooster kept attacking me and the kids. A lady from about an 1 hour away had too many roosters and was coming to my town to go shopping (I live outside the bigger town around here). She brought him over and she said he was an Ameraucana but I didn't ask where she got him.

Sorry about the photos, I didn't want to take my camera outside in this weather so I just used my Iphone. Maybe tomorrow I can get better pics.
