Is he an RIR rooster?

Would appreciate some help identifying if he is an RIR rooster?

The lone pic with 3 roosters In it, they seem to be brown leg horns.

He looks to be a mixed breed to me

agreed, mix. His comb is much larger than the average RIR, besides he's slim and has those black tips to some of his feathers.

They’re leghorn mixes.

It could be, and they could be another mix...

I was wondering if I could use the leghorn mixes on some bantams to increase egg size and production. Whilst trying to maintain a smaller body
