Is he pretty? Or ugly? Please help us decide!

Howdy neighbor! Thanks! Danny Boy is named for our Chicago nephew Daniel (7 years old), who waited patiently aaalllll daaaaay for this chick to hatch, so it was gifted his name.

This led to us looking up the words to Danny Boy, and now we sing to him the muppets' version, it just cracks me up:

Have you ever sung to your little chicken?

Happy New Year!

totally agree

I think he is um.............................pret...........ug.................pretty really. If I was wanting to raise bantams I would use him for something, don't really know what I would try to raise from him, but I definately think he is pretty.

kera! :

HAVE TO SAY i THINK HE IS MAGNIFICENT...ORIGINAL AND GREAT..HOPEFULLY NICE

Oh yes he's a sweetie pie. Often comes for a "pick me up and tell me I'm so wonderful again". He's on his way to lap chickendom.

He has a brother who's a lap addict. Two other brothers are quite nice, probably would be lap birds if somebody gave them more time and lovin'.

Maybe I'll have to knit him a helmet and wattle goggles. He loves putting his dragon on and sparring with the boys. In the REMOTE chance that I could get one of my children to show a chicken in 4H this year, I think its possible Danny Boy could win something, if he keeps his facial pieces intact.

But that's why I put up this post. I'm not a chicken professional, I just like these pet chickens we have and started to wonder, "Hey, does this one look a little special?" and "What would the real chicken people think?"

I really appreciate this feedback. Thank you for posting!
