is he/she a cockerel

someone needed to get rid of a few chicks. So I said sure a nice addition to my flock. If this one is a rooster its not a problem. They did not know the breed, I can't quite tell yet what breed it is. I think its a cockerel? anybody else know if its a cockerel? about 5-6 weeks of age.

That young, I would say yes that’s a cockerel. Not sure on breed.
