i have just got a rooster from someone im not saying he wasnt taking good care of the bird but the bird was in a coop with a bunch of other birds such as ducks and a few chickens is his color in his face proper and is his comb a healthy color and what type of comb is this im not really sure what breed but he is really small he is much bigger than a bantam but smaller than a normal chicken is he healthy????

I don't see what is concerning to you....

I would dust him for mites/lice and repeat in 7 days (and another repeat again 7 days after that if you suspect lice) just because he is new to you.

I like to worm and dust new chickens (adults).

Oh and it is always a good idea to quarantine for a month (even then there are diseases that can pass quarantine - asymptomatic carriers) just in case he develops a runny nose or eye swelling/drainage or other sign of disease.

He looks gamey to me...that would be my guess but I don't know.
