Is he too heavy to breed our hens?

We have a 5 month old Cornish cross rooster and he is now trying to breed with our smaller breed hens. We are worried he will hurt our girls, so what would be the weight limit for a rooster to breed with Sexlinks, orphingtons, and Americunas? We bought him in a group of chicks from tractor supply so no he wasn’t bought on purpose, but he is very active and sweet. Any advice would be appreciated

He should be fine if under 11 pounds, but definately don't let him mount bantams. If he gets above 11 pounds, then I wouldn't let him breed
