That is cecal poop. It looks completely normal. Chickens produce two main types, cecal which they poop every 7 or 8 poops in general. Cecal poop is brown and shiny and ordinary poop which contains uric acid which is what gives the poop that white component.
 
Nothing surprising to me. The firmness and volume of it depends on what my birds are eating and how much grit they intake. Once they start laying wait til you see some of the piles you'll get 😲. Sometimes I think there is a little dog hiding in my coop somewhere.
