Is is safe to candle on day 20?

Please advise. Today is day 20 and I candled the eggs of my broody hen. This is my first experience in hatching chicks and I thought I did my homework, but Now I read this may have been a big mistake. I've taken such good care of my broody and I'm concerned I've now caused harm. Any words of encouragement?
