Is it a prolapsed vent?

Epsom salt might dry them membrane out that’s not what you want, after soaking you can put her on a heating pad wrapped a towel on lowest setting in a box or dog crate in a dimly lit room this can also help them lay. Bath room with hot water running creates steam may help to. If all else fails you can manually try by gently putting a finger in her vent and try an pull the egg out but that would be last resort since egg shell can break.
